Once we receive your monthly Debt Mediation payment, we process and allocate funds to your creditors — usually within 2–3 working days.
Please note:
If your payment was delayed, or if there's a banking or processing issue, payments to creditors might reflect a bit later.
To help ensure payments go through smoothly:
- Approve your Debi Check promptly.
- Make sure there are sufficient funds in your account on your scheduled debit date.
- Creditors saying they haven't received payment? Simply reach out to our support team via WhatsApp at 060 080 5466 (select Existing Client Matters) or email us at info@milawlegal.co.za.
